Apricots: Detoxify the liver and pancreas.
Beets: Spleen food.
Cucumber: As a skin remedy, kidney cleanser; an infection cleanser.
Kale: Gives resistance to colds.
Millet: Meat of the vegetarian. 15% protein.
Parsnip: For intolerance to milk.
Peaches: Good during pregnancy.
Pomegranate: A de-wormer.
Sweet Potato: Gland food.
Watermelon: For sluggish kidney and a kidney cleanser.
